What's on my
playlist?
Incubus -
I just started listening to this group a few months ago,
thanks to my sister, but I adore them. They've made it
onto my ultra-shortened favorites list, and my only mix
CD. I don't have all that many songs, but I like them all.
Blessid Union of Souls -
This group rocks it. I initially only had Hey Leonardo,
but I've ended up with two more songs that are much
better. My personal favorite is Standing at the Edge of
the Earth, a song that brings tears to my eyes. The other
one I have that is almost as good is Hold Her Closer, a
beautiful love song that I can listen to over and over.
Fuel -
Another awesome group. I have Bad Day, Hemorrhage,
Shimmer, and a few others, and they are all on my
favorites list. If you don't have any, get some. You'll
like them, I promise.
Jars of Clay -
No, I'm not a
Christian, but I can honestly say that this group makes
me wonder every now and again.
They're music is abosutely, and it touches me in a way
that few other bands can. When it comes on my Playlist, I
can just close my eyes and see wild fields and sunshine
and utter happiness, and it makes me feel golden inside.
If you don't have any, I high recommend it.
Jimmy Eat World
-
I only have two
of their songs, but those two are among my favorite songs
on the List. The first one
I downloaded was Believe In What You Want, and I liked it
a lot. It's happy, free and entirely
true. The second I got from my sister a few days ago. It's
titled Lucky Denver Mint, and it's really
quite haunting. I could listen to it over and over and
never get sick of it. I recommend this
one very highly also.
